AUSTIN’S TOP REAL ESTATE AGENT LAUNCHES GOLDWASSER INSTITUTE TO TEACH, TRAIN OTHERS
(AUSTIN, TX – February 6, 2008) – Chad Goldwasser, founder and CEO of Goldwasser Real Estate, Keller Williams Realty, is capitalizing on his 10 years of experience by launching Goldwasser Institute, a new teaching and training endeavor aimed at empowering individuals to make constructive changes in their personal and professional lives.
Goldwasser Institute’s products are based on the success and knowledge that have propelled Goldwasser to lead what is now the number one real estate team in the world for Keller Williams Realty.
Goldwasser Institute’s soft launch will be this weekend at the Keller Williams Family Reunion convention, February 9-13, in Atlanta, Ga., where more than 8,000 Keller Williams Realty agents are expected to attend.
Centered on positive values and cohesive systems, Goldwasser Institute’s products, seminars, coaching and training provide the valuable tools and motivation to unlock one’s potential and turn dreams into reality.
The initial product line includes 10 instructional CDs, including motivational talks such as “Attitude Defibrillator.”
“Having a positive attitude is one of the biggest contributing factors to my success,” Goldwasser says. “Your awesome attitude is like a defibrillator for your personality. It can revive a nearly dead dream. It can jump-start you on the road to success.”
Additional CDs focus on real estate systems and techniques, as well as interviews with Chad about how he has built his successful business.
Ten years ago, while making $2.17 per hour working behind the bar at Trudy’s restaurant in Austin, Goldwasser decided to venture into real estate. He soon formed his own residential real estate team, which quickly grew to be one of the top in the city. In 2007, Goldwasser Real Estate closed more than 500 transactions and $116 million in sales.
Goldwasser is already recognized as a dynamic, experienced and sought-after speaker and trainer who motivates and enriches lives through his talks about attitude, leadership and personal growth. He regularly conducts seminars for the local real estate community, and was a featured speaker at 2007’s Keller Williams Mega Camp in Austin. He is speaking again at this weekend’s Keller Williams Family Reunion.
The firm will also offer business coaching programs rich in ideas for building a solid real estate career, along with proven real estate models to guide entrepreneurs as they fashion their own highly profitable businesses.
Although many of the firm’s initial offerings focus on real estate, Goldwasser’s dream is to expand his reach to all audiences through his motivational speaking and writing. He is already working on his first book, and he is driven to be a New York Times best-seller.
“Goldwasser Institute will inspire you to break through to the next level and realize there are no limits!” says Goldwasser. |
